Good afternoon, Lime Street families! As you may have heard, HUSD has been approved for an elementary waiver, which means we have the opportunity to bring students back on campus in a hybrid model. Hello Lime Families, A reminder to stop by the Lime Street Bus Circle between 11-1 today to get your Lime Street student a free book compliments of Rotary Club. You can pull in the bus lane and stay in your car, we will bring books to you. Also remember that free lunch is served to all HUSD students at Lime Street between 11-12. So after you get your books, you can pick up lunch for the kids!

Hello Lime Street Families, Lime Street has received a generous donation of brand new books from the High Desert Rotary Club. We have enough to give every student at Lime Street a brand new book! Come through our bus lane drive through with your students tomorrow, Wednesday between 11 AM - 1 PM and we will provide them with a free, age-appropriate book. We hope to see all our Lime Street Bears tomorrow between 11-1 for free books!

Hello Lime Families, We want to remind you that next week is our fall break. There will be no school next week (October 12-16). Offices will also be closed during this time. Have a great break and we will see you back in morning meeting on Monday, October 19th at 9:10 AM!

Attention Lime Street 4th, 5th, and 6th graders, You can now check out library books from your school! Go to destinydiscover.com and select your state and select your school. You will want to bookmark this page for later. To log in, use your lunch number for both Username and Password. You may choose up to 2 books to put on hold. Then, come by the bus circle on Tuesdays between 11AM - 12PM to see Mrs. Valentine and pick up your requested books. It is that simple! There are also lots of e-books you can read for free on the website. If you have overdue books, these need to be turned in before checking out new books. Log on today and pick up books tomorrow!

Families, The 2019-2020 yearbook that we purchased from our publisher and was shipped to us last week was not up to our standard. We have asked them to reproduce the yearbook so that we can deliver to you a quality product. Unfortunately, this means that it will be several more weeks until a new yearbook is shipped. We will let you know as soon as they come in. We WILL get you the yearbook that you paid for. Thank you all for your patience during this time.

Hello Lime parents, due to a defect in production, we will NOT be distributing yearbooks tomorrow as planned. We greatly apologize, however this is beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as the issue is resolved and we are able to distribute a quality yearbook to all who ordered one. Thank you for your understanding.

2019-2020 Lime Street yearbooks are in! We will be handing them out 12:30-2:00 pm this Friday in the front of the school. You can stay in your car with a sign in the window with your child's name and grade level. At this time, we only have yearbooks if you pre-ordered. See you Friday!

Dear Lime parents, This is a reminder that we need ALL parents to update their information in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal if you have not already done so. Directions and an access key were sent home with your student's report card in May. This takes the place of the usual first day packet we give out at the beginning of each year.
